Psychological Therapy

I believe you have everything you need within you to change. It is my job to help you find this and support you to meet your vision. I provide a non-judgemental and compassionate space where I aim to help you explore what you need, with me by your side.

Through the process of therapy, I hope you will be able to connect to what matters and develop the skills to move towards this. Therapy is not a “quick fix”, and it can take time and work to see changes.

In the first few sessions, I will gather information from you about your difficulties and consider what your hopes are for therapy. This helps us develop a shared understanding of the problem and decide upon a treatment plan together. From here we decide upon an initial ‘contract’ of sessions which can be regularly reviewed to ensure sessions meet your needs.
